Yes, Charity is my real name.  I have a husband and 4 children ranging in ages from 9 to 6 months.  We work hard and live in a beautiful part of the country.

2 1/2 years ago my beloved nephew of 4 1/2 was diagnosed with Accute Lymphoblastic Lukemia (ALL).  My sister is a single mom and has devoted her whole life to caring for him.  I also joined on this path. There were many month long or longer stays at the hospital in Salt Lake City and I was there for them.  At times my nephew stayed with me and my children so he could have some normalcy of life.  I love my nephew and when I found out about Lukemia we were all heart broken, we never knew a nicer child.

Just this last few weeks he started the process of being granted a wish through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.  He has chosen to go to Disney World.  He is so excited, but he wants us all to come.  The only down side of the wish is only immediate family is included in his wish.  So for myself and my older kids to attend we have to pay for the whole trip ourselves.  We are a hard working middle-class family and we just don't have the budget to take 4 of the 6 (my husband volunteered to stay home with the baby) to Florida to be with him for this special event in his life.  We are looking for assistance to make this trip.  I have started writing airlines and hotel companies to see if they would help us make this happen.  What I am looking for is anything to make this trip happen.  Not necessarily money, but plane tickets, hotel rooms, tickets to Disney World, things like that.  I can provide proof that the wish is in the process and that I am related if requested.

My email address is c_kidman69@yahoo.com if you would like to contact me.  Thank You.

For those in search of work

I can recommend going to www.narms.com if you are able to drive. There are great jobs here, merchandising and other retail jobs. Also, the mystery shopping jobs are real. I should warn you that the pay isn't great $10 to $15 a job usually, but you can schedule to do several a day. And sometimes you have to pay for something upfront and you are reimbursed for it, like food or something. There is also much paperwork involved and you must have a computer. Last year I was only working part time and I used the mystery shopping to help pay for Christmas. It might be a little late to do that this year, but who knows, you might be able to squeeze a pay check or two in! Best of luck.

Comment: I am currently looking for...

Note: This aidpage was started as a comment on "Home page of Sarah L."

I am currently looking for help/advice on getting dentures for myself. My husband works on a commission job only as an independant contractor in sales. He also needs a hip replacement surgery. I don't know how this works, but I need friends to talk to and any advice on where I can get help with getting dentures at low cost would be appreciated. I currently have no teeth at all.
